CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
ALIGNMENT FLOW Suitable for students new to yoga as well as more advanced practitioners. This class connects fluid movement with the breath and includes emphasis on anatomical alignment. More advanced students: Proper alignment allow you to go deeper into your practice and is essential for getting into more advanced postures. Come join us! POWER FLOW A vigorous class focusing on building strength and flexibility through the practice of yoga asana. Special attention is given to mindful transitions into and out of poses. While arm balances, inversions, and back bends are accessible in this class, modifications are always available. Students of all levels are welcome. ** Heated Room**
WEEKEND DEEP FLOW Start your weekend off right with a deep practice that includes pranayama, meditation, and powerful asana. Suitable for all levels- modifications are available for all advanced poses! ** Heated Room**
